You’re one of the healthiest people I’ve seen on youtube. I’ve looked at other people and I was getting worried when some of them were preaching how healthy they eat when everything was process can food except for the bread….lol

@ABeautyAddict I haven’t purchased Greek yogurt in a while so I can’t remember the exact name of the brand but I did purchase it at a Freshco. I think it might’ve been Astro.

i’ve tried plain yougurt, and it wasnt that good.. is “light” or low fat vanilla yogurt okay?

Quark is prtty much the same as Greek Yogurt.the “FAGE” brand total 0 is the best I have found. Tastes fresh and just like quark.

Unfortunately in australia we can’t get “real” mozzarella. Which really sucks because I love it, and love to make tomato salads with it.
… Clearly most people don’t know where to shop in north america, because I have had zero problems finding “real mozzarella”
The store that I work at Wegman’s has all of this stuff – we’re not that deprived
