Summer is here and this is an excellent opportunity for you to lose weight, get fit and improve upon your looks, adopt a healthier lifestyle and do much more on the health horizon. Although most you know what to do when it comes to taking one’s complete body care ( hair care, skin care, weight control, weight loss or weight gain, etc etc etc), these 48 quick health tips are aimed at reminding you once again.
Why The Summers are Good?
The heat makes your body burn more energy, contrary to how it stores it in cooler climes. Therefore, if you make intelligent diet and lifestyle decisions, you can -
Lose that unwanted weight
Cut the stomach flat and get the perfect six pack abs.
Take good care of your skin
Drive stress away and chill out in the heat. I’ll tell you how.
1. Cycle and walk the extra mile
2. Exercise Exercise Exercise
3. Try new muscle building workouts that you have never done before
4. Swimming OR Running - Take your pick and stick to it!
5. Learn a new Martial Art this summer
6. Take lessons in a sport of your choice
7. Improve your existing exercising routines
8. Set up weekly or bi-weekly targets and exercise intelligently
1. Eat foods that are light and easy on the system
2. Drink plenty of fluids
3. Put cold Soups and salads on the menu
4. Learn a new healthy recipe every new week

This is a nice article! I’d add to “Drink plenty of fluids” to ensure that most of this is in the form of purified/filtered water. Your whole body needs water to detoxify itself and function right, and sports drinks, coffee or other drinks don’t help the body the same way as pure water does.
