Burning fat is not a recent phenomenon – people have been trying to burn fat and lose weight by melting those flabs from a long time. Only, these days it seems to have become a global obsession. Eating and living habit taking a bad turn, it is no surprise that the body will have to pay the heaviest price.

How does one burn fat? You will probably find hundreds of manuals and ebooks all over the promising to slim you down within a couple of months. But these guides are so thick, that reading them seems a long and boring task.

To help you in the process of burning fat, here is a very simple guide. If followed for three to four days in a week, it can turn your body into a fat burning machine. Read these and keep following them.

The first step: As expected – eat healthy! Diving into all those BigMacs and Pizzas is not going to get you anywhere. You have to eat limited quantities of selected food items throughout the day. This controls all your urges and keeps the stomach full.This will also help you to lose weight

The second step: Eat healthier! You have probably skipped the first step because it is just what everyone else seems to be saying. Well, they are saying it right. What you sow is what you reap and so, all diet plans, all fitness workouts and those exercise regimes – everything is totally useless unless you control over your dietary habits.

Following this is a regular exercise plan. I am not saying that you have to run for the Olympics or lift weights to be Arnold. All that you need to do is keep a simple exercise routine and follow it consistently. Exercising consistently is what will burn all the fat hiding in your body.

For the moment, these are the stepping stones which will effectively kick start your fat burn program. Of course, to speed it up, you may use extra supplements, weight loss programs and food packs.
