Is it really possible to follow a weight loss plan for just 10 or 15 minutes a day? Yes it is, we say. It sure is, and once you get down to it, you will really enjoy the motivation and results. In addition to this, the solution is pretty simple in itself - no corny exercises that will get you confused, just a logical approach to guide you.

So what do I have to do?

Just think 50s and 100s. Pick up three exercises which have multiple effects on muscle groups and do 100 repetition of each, WITHOUT REST! Sounds impossible right? Just start with fifty reps and slowly as you get motivated, increase them. Though it would take a while before you are ready to go within 10 minutes, but speaking figuratively, this approach will keep you mighty fit, control weight problems, and of course, burn fat effectively. Along with this, these will build muscles and carve out an envious body within weeks. We suggest you go for push ups for strength in the upper body, crunches or sit-ups for the abdomens and back, and lat-pull down. To avoid exhaustion and keep up spirits, do one exercise till your limit, then switch to next. Complete the trios till you have done 100reps of each without rest.

This is practically difficult, but equally rewarding so there is plenty of reason for you to do this even if you have 10 minutes a day to spare.
