This is a quick weight loss trick, which many people can incorporate and they only have to minimise watching television commercials. That is not so difficult., is it?

The average show on TV will air almost 15 minutes of commercials in an hour. One usually spends these minutes flipping channels, giving exercise to ones fingers only. How about flipping the body? This will give the average television viewer almost 15 to 20 minutes of strength training three to four times a week. Then, one can easily workout with a pair of dumbbells, do cardio vascular training or simply follow the 10 minute job. To increase calorie burn, avoid all rails at elliptical machines and treadmills. This will also help build balance together with burning 30 percent more calories, helping you to lose weight and burn fat at the loss of television commercials.


This type of weight loss scheme is ideal for those who are fat because of watching too much of the white screen. People who are much busy working away on the computer all day can also follow it as a 15 minute break in every hour or too.
