		<description>achieving abdominal muscle- all you have to do is drink water at least half a gallon a day, cardio (I suggest to do it as early as possible, because during the rest of the day your body will burn even more calories)and implement isotonic/isometric type of ab exercises, high reps in any ab exercise could hurt you if your not properly stretching, also a cooldown after each workout, lifting weights and building muscle throughout the body will further enhance your chances because it helps burn fat.</description>
